You should get yourself a printer. Lots of options out there. Look into the Prusa i3 MK3. It's probably the best DIY level FDM printer on the market today.
Nate, the Knuckle Threads on the early cars is 16mm by 1/8 inch. On the later ones it is 20mm by 1/8 inch. However, if you lay out the threads for a male plug they should be about 0.020 in smaller in OD. The ID for each is about 0.660 and 0.585 inches respectively, large and small. The shape of the threads is rounded both in and out with a 30 degree mating surface. You can find a visual representation of the threads if you Google it.

There was a lighted switch setup offered. By Hans & Paul Champagne IIRC.

No longer available.

There was a supercharged GT mentioned (DR's twin screw?) recently that had them installed and someone was asking about them.
