You won't find the individual codes of leather, carpet or vinyl on any option sticker. The codes I've noted are what is shown in the body section of PET for those items for those specific individual years. The YZ and similar codes for other cars, like the PU for my GTS, are an overall code shown on option stickers for complete packages of interior materials, and none of us here have a list detailing individual inclusions.
If you look under under each of those seats you may find a manufacture date stamped somewhere. From that I can tell you from PET what colour option codes were applicable to that year. In my previous posts I noted some (2 burgundy and magenta).

Two letter code on build sticker refers to seat, dash, carpet etc, material and color combo used to make one full interior. Porsche had about 6-8 different leather and vinyl colors and few cloth versions in multiple colors available each year. Each individual color is known by three char codes in PET like mentioned 80E.
When factory designed interior color combinations what it wanted to offer each year they made some with single color and some which were combined from two available colors. In some combinations they had to use another color for dash simply because they didn't do full interior on all seat colors. For each of these combinations they gave separate code like YZ which is given in sticker. However this code do not tell certain options like style of seats and if seatbacks are leather or vinyl or if '88-95 leather is normal holed version or soft ruff etc. These details are listed as separate options in sticker.
Build sticker codes like YZ were shared across all models. For GTS easiest way to find them is 968 forum. There is at least one thread which has long list of codes. Obviously there were differences between 968 and 928 but AFAIK one code used in 968 means same thing in same MY 928. For older 928's there really isn't one easy source which would have anywhere near full list for even one MY.

DaveI found this under the front Passenger seat:
Date: 03./19/1987
1273511 - what is this?
928.521.002.86 - ?
LG7 - Which Burgundy color is this is there a unique name for this?
BTW i forgot to mentioned, I have brown accents in seat plastic caps, middle door insets.
It would be great if you can interpret above.

I downloaded the Porsche Classic Genuine Parts Catalog for 87-91 Porsche 928 from the Porsche site. There is no reference to 928 521 002 86 in the PDF. LG7 is mentioned as Burgundy for various interior parts. I also found a PET link (below) at the Porsche website which is PET 808: Seats 928s, S4, GT, GTS (1998). I was able to find an exact match:928 521 002 86: comfort seat without heating whole-leather . But the remarks Colum indicates that this is for an 86 car, not sure if this applies to my 87.https://www.porsche.com/all/media/pdf/originalparts/en/E_STZ_KATALOG.pdfIt looks like there are many different Burgundy colors, nobody would know which is which
