I'm looking for another car/chassis, in the meantime. I'm going to give it a shot of seeing how close I can get it back to being right.

I do know the diagonal measurement of the mounting holes are off by 1/2 an inch.

I think I can remove most of the deformation, and if I can get the proper geometry then I'll get a decent welder to finish it up.

At this point I only have time to lose.

Price suggestions for a chassis would be awesome, I'm really not sure not sure what a good price would be at this point.

Thanks again for everyone's feedback.

I have an 81 mostly stripped out 928 but with the rear wheels still under it and maybe the front end to be put back in so I can move it. It is still in SOCAL. It has a title. I would sell it to you for $1500 including my bringing it East to about Oklahoma City. No, I don't have a picture of it.

Thank you Jerry, that is quite the offer, I will keep it in mind.

Hopefully we'll both find a closer match. If not I'll message you.
