Apple Computers, Steve Jobs and the 928.
A interesting find in my travels was stumbling upon how the timeless elegance of the Porsche 928 had influenced the design origins of Apple Computers.
As many would know , when Steve Jobs made his first million he rushed out to buy a 928!

The first Apple Mac’s didn’t bear much resemblance to a 928 or any Porsche, or any car, to my eye, until the Nissan Cube. Much later, when Jobs returned, Apple got all rounded and smooth with the first iMac and iBook, but that style didn’t last long. I had one of those “toilet seat” iBooks, which was the first computer to have WiFi networking. I still miss the handle on it, and on the later TiBook I owned. I should Photoshop a 928 to be Bondi Blue.
