I will read that wire guide thanks Dave.
I am hoping the OP was jumpering the AC relay slot instead of the FP position.
That said maybe their are other issues and more info should be included by the OP
so to provide a better diagnosis.
A couple of other things come to mind,
green wire condition?
resistors on the fender well?
corroded relay pins on the CE panel?
corroded fuses or grounds?
Damaged starter solenoid
