Default 87S4 update

Hello all.

Just a wee update regarding my 87S4 auto.
Thanks to John Speake rebuilding the LH unit and exchanging the MAF, my S4 is running a lot better with much much more power. So a big thank you too him.

There are of course many more issues to resolve...how about this one...?
Fan blower never worked when i got the car but when the LH unit failed, and i was driving with the pump bridged, the blower would work on defrost mode. You could adjust the fan speed but then after a short time the fan came on full and could no longer be controlled by the fan speed switch. Magic blower syndrome i thought, however now that the pump is no longer bridged, the fan does not work on any setting. It does make a strange buzzing noise when it is switched on and the engine revs increase at idle. When the fan is turned off the engine revs decrease...
Any thoughts???
Kind regards.
Martin.
