Default Greetings from Michael Willhoit

Passing through Springfield, MO Friday and stopped in to say hi to Michael. A week before he had three beautiful GTSs on his website but when I got there Friday afternoon, he had just shipped out the last one ... a 4,000-mile '95 5-speed!

We had a great visit and he showed me pictures of the car that saved his life, his '78 928. I had seen the newspaper article posted here on Rennlist in the past, but the photos were utterly amazing. Both front doors on his car still opened after the 70-mph head-on collision.

The rest of the cars in showroom were beautiful (like a red 800-mile Testarossa!) but he said he still loves 928s the most.

He was very lucky to survive that accident. Glad he still loves the 928's.

Sooooo, The Guards Red 5 speed without rub rails is sold?

I thought the $139,000 ask was a bit high, but maybe not in todays market...
