Removed from my '84. No leaks, top assembly with fuel sender came right apart. I have not tried to remove the fuel strainer yet.

This car sat with fuel in it for 17 years so you will want to clean it well before using it, that said I drained the fuel and flushed it with fresh gas while it was in the car and I got good fuel at the front of the car prior to it being removed.

Due to size local SoCal pick up is probably best.
