Default clicking sound from heater/ac blower motor?

I'm getting a continuous clicking sound after a few minutes from the fan motor or climate control. It doesn't matter whether the fan is blowing or not, which seems odd to me, and makes me think it's not the fan motor at all, except that it seems to be coming from right behind the central vents.
any guesses of what this might be?

Probably the solenoids that control the vacuum actuators. They are right under the center console, mounted to the bottom of the HVAC box.

Frequency of clicks? Could be the vacuum actuator itself? does it do it when the car isn't running (no vacuum).

Does it sound like this?

The sound comes from the vacuum pods that are part of the HVAC. The system uses these to make adjustments to the fresh air/heated air/cooled air for the desired temperature and vent output. When they wear and no longer hold suction, they make a flapping noise. Very annoying!

I had Mrmerlin fix the ones on my car. All fixed, and the HVAc works great (and silently) now.
