Becker Stereos and CD Changer
The 89 S4 I bought came with several boxes of parts. One of these boxes had a couple of Becker stereos (a CR-220 and a CDR23) and a CDC-4 CD Changer.
The CR-220 has a sticker that came with it including the VIN from the donor car. The CDR23 has a sticker on the clipped wiring harness, but my german is a bit rusty...
All that being said, I haven't powered them up, so I don't know if they are functional. Any interest in these? Wife would really like to see some Porsche parts leaving the garage instead of arriving.

CDR 23 cannot be used, it used Porsche's fiber optic cable. The CDR220 can be used, but also would require to modify the faceplate so it can be viewed. Best option is always to get a Becker Trafficpro. If you want it to say Porsche on the faceplate, then just swap in that plastic portion. If you can find a used official Porsche Trafficpro, that's the ultimate---but very expensive

Pedantic point- that's a CR-220, a cassette player / head unit, not a CDR-220. I'm sure Jim C can fix the screen angle, but he won't be able to install a CD player in it.
I think the CDC-4 is the companion to the CR-220, just as a CDC-1 is a companion to a CR-1.

CD's? These weren't the highest sound quality CD players anyways. They both have the aux in, which is what you really want. Ad a Bluetooth adapter and it's golden
