928 wiring diagrams and schematics
I am the proud new owner of a 1984 928, but I need a wiring diagram.
Don't worry; I am an ASE certified mechanic and I've been through my fair share of wiring troubles.
All I can find is the diagrams and schematics for a 928s. Can anyone fill me in on the differences in wiring, if there are any?

The US 928S is the car you own, so the diagrams you have for that are good.
If you need wiring diagrams: The workshop manuals include wiring diagrams. You can find an online set at ligetti.com. Better is a full CD set that includes all the associated service and technical bulletins. Available for purchase at 928SRUS.com.

You really want pics? I got her for just shy of 1000. She is in just shy of 1000 condition. Compression was good so I bought it. I don't know if she wants to be seen without her face on.
It's complete and the body is excellent condition (literally not a ding on it); but it's in desperate need of interior upholstery and a paint job.

Yes. We want pics.
$1000 basket case?
We'll tell you what parts on it are really cool, what's rare, what on it still looks like it might be good.
Once you get it fixed (and especially if you put it up for sale)?
We'll nit pick it until you cry. And then nit pick it more.
Hey, it's what we do.
As was suggested, get the Moorehouse CD set from Roger at 928s R Us. It has the full shop manual and all the wiring schematics.
The electricals on these vary quite a bit from year to year, so make sure you are looking at the right one.

Got it for $1000? You are only $10,000 away from a $5000 car. Well maybe $8000 now that values are rising. Nice job. These things are addictive. Once you dive in you'll never want to leave the pool.

Nuthin' a little cleanup and Turtle Wax won't solve...

A thought: Pop for a membership so you can share a running list of pieces you need. Click on the Membership link in the header. Cheap at under $20/yr, an investment that will pay back in spades as soon as you get serious. Lots of ther benefits come with it.

I'm considering flaring the rear fender. I cringe at the thought of altering the original but the car was clearly ahead of it's time, and i figured I would give it that last little push. What do you guys think?
