Question Flappy Bearing replacement

Just was wondering if anyone can share any tips on replacing the flappy bearings. I need to replace mine and I thought removal should be straight forward but I was more concerned about the new installation. How "easy" is it to install the new ones. I ordered the HK1012RS bearings. I did a flappy bearing search but nothing came up regarding their replacement.

Any info would be appreciated.

It's easier to get the new ones in than the old ones out. Put a long enough bolt of piece of threaded rod through the manifold where the flappy shaft normally goes through. Then just put a bearing on the threaded rod or bolt, then a washer, and then a nut. Just tighten the nut to pull the bearing into the manifold. Repeat from the other side for the second bearing.
