Default Mystery 4th connector by the light switched

Hi - In the wire harness behind the instrument pod that has the headlight and fog light switches is a 4th connector. Any thoughts on what this is?
It's just visible by my little finger in the (bad) photo.
Thanks

The extra pod connector is used on my car and other RoW - it's for rear foglight. It goes in position where you have the zero reset button - that button is different physical design and positioned on dash below pod on RoW.

Thanks Adrian
Mine is also ROW so I have (from top) headlights, front fog lights and rear fog lights.
That still leave a surplus. Would that be the trip reset in other markets?
My 85 had the reset where you describe - it didn't have rear fog lights.
Cheers

Sorry I overlooked your Aussie location, and forgot I'd found same unused connector when first delving into pod!

You're correct about reset. On our RoW cars it's for the trip reset, which is a pod button in US cars where you have rear fog. The button is celebrated in that GTS video review someone posted the other day, feted as world's largest odo reset!
