Default 924s Rebuild

Ok, Ok,
Since it is so dead I'll post this. Any input and recommendations will be much appreciated. I munched my little daily driver last year. Insurance company totalled it, but I kept it. Frame is unbent, but front brackets are torqued. I'm starting from the ground up. Plan is to upgrade suspension with Konis, Turbo struts/Brakes/Anti-sway bars. Then I want to rebuild the engine to '88 specs with the higher compresion ratio/HP, including a new intake system/headers/high-flow cat/muffler/FPR/Turbo injectors. While I'm piecing that together I'll get the body reworked to include shave side lights, 968 side mirrors, rear and front valence. One thing I was wondering is if a 968 DME and AFM can be used on a 944 engine. The reason is the 968 AFM is a hot wire vice the old flapper. Anyone Know? Thanks

Lou,

I know where you can find (2) 924S rolling tubs cheap. These may be helpful in your rebuild.

Kevin,
Sorry forgot to email. Yep the DME made it and looks fine. Unfortunately it'll be a while before I can plug it in. Thanks.
