Erich:
I'd be interested in the Halon extinguisher as well: how did you mount it to the rollbar?

Also, will you be passing through NJ in your trip back home?

Z-man: The Halon is mounted by two fairly small bolts directly behind the driver, Vertical with the seat mid-way up the bar. Not the ideal place for quick access but its not bad there either...i wont be passing thru NJ again till Christmas break. I'd like to sell it pretty soon though...Let me know! I'll be around this afternoon if youd prefer to talk over the phone...

Erich:
Can the FE be reached by the driver while strapped in the driver's seat?

Anther question: can you still fold down the rear seatback with the roll bar in place?

Take out the rear seatback and belts, the weight you lose will offset the weight you added. The rear seats are useless with this awesome Redline piece. I'd say since nearly $600 delivered is the only option, and the bar is surely like new dropped to your doorstep, something over $400 would be a better exchange. Hold on for top $$$!

Hey! (No fair badgering the seller!)

If I remove the rear seatback, that will bump me up from stock PCA autocross classification.

Erich,

When the rollbar is installed - how much does it decrease visibility for street driving ? I am interest too, but good that you already have a strong waiting list.

Thank you.

I would want the FE with the rollbar if it gets that far down the list...

in metro nobody cares really but if you did get picky someone could say you removed them for weight savings and bump you out of stock

Oh wow i missed a lotta action today on this. Sorry!
Z-Man- Where its mounted now i can reach it while seated but its by far not the most convenient place for it, right in the middle along the horizontal bar is ideal! I am also 6'7 with pretty long arms Its not a big deal to move it though...And on your other question, you CANNOT release the rear seat and lay it flat as you normally can, just think and picture where it bolts in. Maybe check out the REDLINE page for reference.

So many other questions people have! Let me see, i thought 350 was a fair price for the bar minus the Halon, i opted low cause most everyone that replied was a list member and that was the price i had in mind. But maybe's it worth more, who knows! It sounds like i should stick to that price firm but i wont charge more after i already threw the 350 number out there, that wouldnt be right in my opinion!

MO: Seriously you dont lose anything, i honestly cant see it in the rear view or even when i look over my shoulder to switch lanes. So interms of visibilty none is lost in my opinion!

Again the list starts with Z-man and continues to get bigger it seems, would prefer to sell it next weekend to offset my recent spoiler purchase....
Thanks guys for all your posts!

Would you prefer cash or money order? Personally I'd rather pay you in cash (if i got the bar that is and the 3 before me passed it up), but i can do money order. It doesnt really matter.
