I just got off the phone with them. About a week ago I ordered a turbocharger form them, which I expected to arrive today or tomorrow. Well, it got here this morning. Just a few minutes after it arrived I got a call from them asking if I got it. I turns out all of the things they shipped on the day when my turbocharger shipped got lost in the FedEx system somewhere. The one I received was sent out last night overnight, and I didn't even realize it. Sure enough after I got off the phone I looked a bit more closely at the FedEx recipt, and it was shipped overnight. FedEx screwed up, so I would even have been pleased if they just shipped another one at the regular rates, let alone overnight. I know with some places I've dealt with, if this situation had arisen they would have just said it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do about it. Well, PowerHaus will certainly be getting my business, and my recommendations in the future.
