I just picked up one from harbor freight... For $5 I got their 1/2 inch drive Pittsburg with a lifetime warranty. For $5 you can't beat it. I checked it against a Craftsman I have, and it was spot on.

It's a pain to calibrate if you don't have expensive equipment.
google search came up with:

If you check with a local shop, they could probably tell you where you can get it calibrated, it's like $20 or so
