Uh-oh Ben, looks like you have some competition now. Rick is X-posting the 944 boards with a similar request to yours. Sellers market!!

I wasn't knocking the CS's in my earlier post. They are light, but it's all relative. Given what I had the garage at the time, my CS's were the smallest and most heavy. So they went. I now have two identically sized sets of 17" stupid light 3-piece wheels. I figure that's a better scenario than 1 set of 17" and 1 set of 16"

cheers

That was a helluva deal, unfortunately they were the flat dish style wheels from a 928, not the clubsports I was hoping for.

I still think someone ought to call Dave Lindsey and buy them-his price for those wheels (in awesome condition), with new Bridgestones-is VERY attractive. Someone give him a call-just not what I'm looking for.

Soooo, Oddjob-what's that price?

What are you looking to get for your Phonedials and what size and offset are they?

Thanks

Hey Martin, they are late offset 7's and 8's X 16. However, since I haven't found the wheels I want yet, I'll need to hang on to them for a while. I can look you up when I find the replacements.

Let me know when you're ready to replace them.

I have never seen Ernie sell anything even remotely close to what you could buy it for elsewhere. 3700 bucks for Sport Classics, etc.

At 1600 you got a fair deal though.

Antonioali, the chrome clubsports I want from Wheelenhancement are $2500 for the set, plus centercaps. I'll let that sink in. Waaaaaay overpriced in my opinion. But hey, someone must be buying them for that price.

If you want the flat dish style, call Dave Lindsey at Lindsey Racing.

Sorry Antonioali, just saw your thread. Great looking car! Dave Lindsey is selling those wheels with new Bridgestones for $500 plus shipping.
