I just had my dash apart to remove my clock and here is what you need to take apart: (I apologize for hacking up your picture Ryan)

Here is a picture of the screw locations:

1) Take the 2 screws out just below the ac controls and above the radio.
2) Remove the ***** and sliders from the ac controls and remove the trim.
3) There are 2 screws hidden in the seam between the ac trim and top trim.
4) Remove the 2 hidden screws and the 2 screws in the top corners.
5) You can then remove the silver trim piece and access the gauges behind it.

Hope this helps
Tim

Thanks to all for the info and to Tima nd Ryan for the pix. I don't think my 944 has the hidden screws between the A/C and top trim, but I haven't looked that hard, so maybe they are there. By the time I got back from the junk yard with the replacement clock (which they warrantied to work for 4 months), I didn't have time to install it. I'll look at the posts and pix closer and try it this weekend. Thanks again.
Jim
