Default Rear window squeaks?

My rear window hatch is really starting to squeak, especially on bumpy roads. Anyone have a fix for this?

Is There any leaking in the hatch some times the glass detaches from the frame slightly and causes the squeaking.

Yes, I have noticed a small amount of water inside the glass near the hinges sometimes after a wash. Maybe that's the problem. Does anyone repair window/frame problems like this or should I just replace the whole thing? Also, are factory-new window hatch assemblies (with the smaller 924S spoiler) obtainable anywhere?

whatever you do, do it fairly quick, cause you could end up shattering that window, and i doubt you'd be happy with that! Good luck.

A new hatch from the dealer is like $3000. There is a DIY fixit on www.clarks-garage.com as well as others. A second hand hatch is $250 from wreakers like Partsheaven but shipping is difficult and expensive.

Another option is having a autoglass shop reseal it for you (if they have the expertise) costs maybe $400.
