Front sway b

I want to replace my front sway bar bushings do you guys recommend polyurethane bushings? Brand?
and aren't there 3 sets on the front?

I'd do stock. There are 2 that mount the bar to the chassis, and 2 that mount the ends of the bar to the control arms.
