Default Squeaking hatch

When im driving my car and go over a couple bumps or railroad tracks i hear squeaking from the rear hatch, would WD-40 do it and where do i need to put it. Otherwise give me another solution, thanks alot.

WD-40 is only a temporary lubricant, it will actually break down any grease left, then evaporate.

use some grease on the hinges. Replace your hatch pins and the rubber nut in the assembly. Adjust pins and Bobs your uncle.

You might want to try putting grease all over the pins, especially on the flat contact points. That's what silenced the squeaks for me...

The squeaks could come from the glass separating from the frame. The glass could be rubbing against the frame where it has separated. Try opening the hatch and spray WD40/CRC between the frame and the glass at the top of the hatch.
