These provide nice clean bass. They have a little boom, but you aren't going to be shaking store windows when you drive by. If you want THAT boom, go with a nice 12" in a box.

Go with a Kicker L7 if you want to set off car alarms..my friends got that in his SE-R with a underpowered amp and it still is real loud.

I have a question about these, are they hard to wire? Do you need to wire these into the battery? Also can you still store stuff in the cubby hole...inc the aircompressor, tool bag and 2-3 quarts of oil and a few cans of fix a flat. Or should you leave the cubbies empty.

Does anyone know if it is possible to put a 10" sub in the same cubbie that the 8's, in the KLA boxes, are going?? I roughly measured it and thought it might be possible. Anyone looked into this?

Nope... 8" is all you can fit. Tried it... no room for the cabinet.
