Default 944 wheel cleaning tips needed!!

I have some oxidation buildup on these wheels and i just cant seem to get them out. I have used neverdull but didnt work. The wheel in the pic is the good one, the other 3 are bad. Any help would be great.

P.S. I painted the center caps my self.

The wheels are anodized, so you can't really polish them with out stripping the anodization.

Antoniali, I really like those wheels, they are like the 928S4 wheels. Pretty rare on a 44 as they were only offered for a couple of years.
