help with vacuum line routing

I am attaching some pictures and need to know which lines connect where. I am so far in to this project that I forgot what goes where.

SOLVED!

I was missing some of the lines - they fell into a dark hole...once they were retrieved, everything lined up and it's complete and running much better.
