Default Trouble jump-starting S2, normal?

I left my lights on for a whole day so no big surprise that the battery was flat.
However, when trying to jump-start the car it would not even turn over. Is this normal and do I have to charge it over-night w a quick-charger?

With thanks

Edel

When I first got mine it had a dead battery, but I was able to jump start it just fine.

If it's really dead sometimes it takes a while to get enough juice in the battery for it to turn over.

If it wouldn't turn over with a jump start, you didn't have a good enough connection. It should work the same as for any other car. Next time, wiggle the clamps back and forth a little and it will start.
