I've been too busy to read the board lately . . .

Anyway, they are in Smithfield, PA. Have you given them a call?

Well, this NA is in the Caribbean and not quite worth a $500 upgrade including shipping, so I'll keep looking for used. Thanks, though!

Michael, no worries but you didn't send any pics.

Macfreak007, that might work out pretty well. My brother goes to U.K. Send me a PM (Private Message) with the details. Thanks.

About a year and a half ago I ordered one from 944online.com and the price came to just over $400 including shipping here to Lexington, KY (I go to UK also ). I thought that was a pretty good price for a new valence, but that supplier selling them for only $300 new should be worth checking out.

You would be surprised how bad a valance could be repaired by a body shop, especially if the shop rate was lower than usual.. Caribbean?

I thought mine was a goner (torn from a parking lot bumper, bottom rail severed, corner torn away from the mount). After a half days repair (staples, flexible bondo, prep, prime amd paint), two days later you cannot see the repairs unless you look at it from behind. Was $250 total. Find a place that knows what they are doing.

That's a good suggestion, Singpilot. I already had the one that's presently on the car restored, but the filler material they used down here cracked and the lower lip is broken again. I'll see if I can find a place that does better work, but here in the islands these special jobs are usually done by places that have a monopoly going.

Hi Nabeel, I've bought a lot from Ian's Euro in the past, but when I called about front valances and they only had new for $425, plus it'll take another $150 or so to ship down here. I'll keep looking for used, thanks!

Where in the Carib are you? The season is coming, and we get there every once in a while.
