Fuel Smell after Hard Acceleration
Occasionally after hard acceleration, like on ramps, there is a definite smell of fuel inside the car. There are no visible leaks, or smells in the engine compartment when the car is running, or anywhere else. Basically only after hard accel. Any ideas?
I also have a slight smell after the car sits for awhile, but I'm pretty sure that is the canister that collects the vapors, under the driver side fender.
TIA
Conor

I have this similiar problem, except it is really only present when the windows are down. Upon hard accelleration is when it is most potent. Both my mechanic and I have tried to locate the problem with no luck. I can tell you it wasn't the filler hoses, gas cap, or charcoal canister.
