Default First dyno experience

I put my car on the dyno this past Friday. It turns out that the guy that owns the dyno used to own my car too. I was pretty happy about the baseline until we put a boost guage on and saw that I was only making 10lbs of boost. I think my wastegate is shot. We turned the boost up with a manual boost controler but couldn't get any more than 12 psi of boost. I'm very happy with the final results. Now I just need a new wastegate.

The mods that I have so far are:

K&N cone filter
cat-less exhaust
Superchips (didn't know I had)
Some type of manual boost controler

What do you guys think?

That's a nice torque curve!
I'd be interested to see what each item adds to the dyno (so I can know which I should do first).
