Default Front Tire recomendation

Just recieved my 17x7 & 17x9 C2 turbo wheels and tires from Ebay. The fronts are 205's and are wore down pretty far. 205's were what I had on my 16"s, they were plenty when the backs were 255's, but these rears are 275's (came off of a 911) with lots of life left. With the 944 being such a neutral car, It feels like it plows more than it used to. What new tire should I get for the front to counter the over sized rears and make it neutral again, 225's? TIA

The widest you can get on the rim and under the fender.

Default Tire sizes

I am currently running 225/50/ZR16's on frt with 245/45/ZR16 in the rear.Actually,I'm looking to upgrade to an 17" or 18' unit when to situation presents itself.I say squeeze as much rubber in your fenders as you can.Goodluck.
