Skip,
About 5 years ago I was 200 lbs. I did 40-30-30 balance plan. Similar to Atkins, but still allows some carbs. I combined this with biking (no not the motorized kind) and was down to 150 lbs in 5-6 months. As I went in maintence phase I settled in at 156. This year I have gotten a bit sloppy and balloned to 172 lbs. Being a bit more careful on diet got me back to 162 lbs. Still need to keep an eye on it and want to get back to my 156 level. I have used the postive/negative rienforcement of a bathroom scale every morning for 4 years now. As soon as I started to not look at it I got sloppy and went to 172. I learned that I need to stay with it monitor. Yep it is lifestyle change, but I am very happy I did it. In fact on a 16 mile backpack I did a few years ago I though of my pack (50 lbs worth) and thought "No wonder it was so hard to do stuff, I was carrying this stupid back everywhere I went!"

Good Luck Mr Skip
Ps getting the new wardrobe is really fun!

Be careful ordering from Koenig on the West coast. I ordered set of seats and got the wrong ones. Had to pay shipping both ways. Got the replacements and they were wrong too. Paid shipping again. Ended paying a restock fee to get a refund. Didn't want to give UPS too much business. The guy constantly had an excuse as to why it was my problem, not the idiot on the other end. Why would a sited person order yellow and black seats for a white 94 3.6 turbo?

I'm partial to MOMO. Per dollar, I think the CUP seat can't be beat.

You'll find that most Sparco, Momo and Recaro pricing is fixed. Some deals can be found on in stock items or discontinued models. We happen to be a Sparco distributor.
