Smile A new pic of my Rainforest Green 951

Here's a new pic of the green!

It doesn't do the pearl effect of the Rainforest Green justice at all, but it still looks pretty good!

Now if I could just get hold of that 968 TS rear wing...

Comments gladly recieved!

That's really nice looking!! I usually dont like green, but that's dark and cool looking! Ford had a dark metallic green in the '60's...my dad had a green Galaxy 500--'67 I think.

Isn't that the same as Brittish Racing green?

New paint makes any car look good in my opinion. In this case, new paint makes an already awsome looking car look amazing. I really like the front lip and clear corner lenses...really makes the car look up to date.

Sorry, not a fan.

That color looks out of place on a German car. Would better suit something British.

Thank you all very very much for all nice comments!!

Isn't that the same as Brittish Racing green?
From a distance in cloudy weather it looks very much like Brittish Racing Green, but close up and in sunlight the color looks very different due to the very big part of pearl in the color.

Is that a factory color?
It's not a factory color for the 944, however, it's a factory color available for the 996 and Boxster series.

Hopefully I'll be able to shoot some high-res quality pics of the car before winter hibernation!

Take car all!

No offence taken, it's a good thing that not everyone thinks the same
I see your point regarding the old racing colors, but somehow I don't understand how a certain color can look out of place simply because the car is manufactured in a certain country..

Is it just the picture, or is your rear wheel alignment a bit off? Almost looks like it's got positive caster, no no.

Definately an uncommon colour, I don't think I've seen that many green 951's ever, not to mention this pearly Rainforest green. Very sharp, I love it

EDIT: good catch, I meant to say camber up there, silly me
