Update: Seems to have been crank/reference sensors. I pulled them out and they had some gunk on the ends. I put new ones in and so far I had it run about an hour and drove it around no issues. So either the gunk interfered with the singal or one was failing when warmed up. So praise God something simple

Glad you got it fixed. These issues are generally so simple I feel crazy having complicated my own.

Ya man I feel you, I started thinking like 30 different possibilities and even started buying some stuff. I just took a minute sat down and thought about what it was doing and some of my test results. I felt in my spirit it was the crank sensors so I had bought some a week ago and just decided to try them.
