Default Coolant Bleeder Bolt thread?

Hi, does anyone know the thread pitch, length, and seating method the upper coolant bleeder bolt is?

Reason I ask is, I'd love to find a brake bleeder type nipple that is compatible - it'd make coolant bleeding so much less messy.

The way that the coolant bleed bolt works is that there is a hole in the bottom of the bolt and then a hole in the side of the bolt that gets uncovered when you unscrew the bolt. (IIRC, it was a few months ago that I looked it).

So, obviously the design of a standard brake bleeder isn't the same...

I think I found a standard metric brake bleeder that worked, I just went to the auto parts store looking for something similar...well I found it but once I got home and put my brain into it...I realized there's no way a standard brake bleeder would work. You'd have to machine something

Sounds like a banjo bolt, just threaded so far in that the side hole is also covered. Hmmm...I wonder if maybe I make a little fitting out of there with an on/off valve and a hose barb/nipple, if there would be enough clearance.
