Sorry for your loss & Hope you're ok.

Maybe time to upgrade to the turbo or s2?

Sorry for your loss. Hope you are OK.

It may take a while to find the right replacement. Be patient. Maybe get a crappy beater to tide you over.

I did an upgrade to an S2 when my poor Herbie got rear-ended about six years ago. Best move ever...

Glad you are OK.

If you were braking hard and had not hit the car in front of you before you were hit, the accident should not be charged against you. The car behind drove you into it. The storage fees are adding up, so get it towed to your house until it is settled. You can part it out on your own time.

Time to upgrade to that S2.

I can see how you could be held at fault if you were still moving when you got collected by the car behind. It's not as clear cut as if you were stopped and then got shoved forwards. Part that car out after you buy it back from ICBC. With the weak Canadian dollar, you can probably make money on the deal if you sell to the US.

So sorry to hear that. That sucks.

One would think that with your proximity to the Seattle area, finding another won't be a terribly long search.

Off topic, I am amazed to see that these cars can take rear hits without shattering the hatch glass. The glass guy who resealed mine said he saw several break just being removed and reinstalled.

You're not the guy I see driving around in the Delta/Surrey area often are you? Regardless, my condolences. I'd probably die if that happened to my car. Glad you're ok!
