Default water under drivers feet

I've had a bunch of 944 cars for 9 years now, so I'm familar with leaks, but this mysterious puddle of water has me stumped. After it rains, I get alot of water in the drivers area under the floormat. Can anyone guess where it might be coming from?

You could sit in the car while somebody sprays the car with a hose. When you see the water come in, you've found your leak.
The obvious ones are check the seals on your roof, doors, and windows, vents, and plugs in the firewall.

Check the door seal. Water can fill up the transom area and slop over onto the drivers foot area. Comes in from the back top of the door frome when the seal is worn and the door is out of alignment.

The other place I've heard of is around the fuse/relay box if there has been a hole or slot cut in the side of it for alarm wires.

Check the drain in the tray area that holds your fuse box. Which car?

What Peckster said.Water then runs inthe a/c vents. There are lots of water entry points in the drivers area.

Yeah I had clogged water drains and every time it rained the carpet got soaked. Took the time to clean them out and now it stays dry.

Might want to have a look at the fresh air fan unit.
That one needs to be removed for work on the heater core and / or wiper mechanism..
Needs to be re-sealed with installation. Just that might not have been done properly.

It's the drain hole by the fuse box. The water then enters through your vent holes and runs down to the footwell.

I believe it was the the drain by the fusebox. There was a mud-cake in there. Thanks!!
