I took the advice here as well as others' opinions and re-used my head studs. I measured the new nuts to be 12mm, so I used the angle specifications.
How bad does this look? Are the threads pulled?
If so, can anything be reused or do I need yet another new set of nuts, washers, and gasket in addition to the studs and thread repair?

developed a nip after torquing. Also has threads showing.

What the other 9 look like
