heater hoses?
On my '86 951, a large coolant leak at the rear of the motor dripping down heavily, and NO hot air in the heater, leads me to believe that the problem is a heater hose going to the core.
Am I on the right track? Also, the carpet inside is dry, so I am thinking that it's a hose, not the core itself.
What do I have to do to get to the hoses and replace them? And where do they run? Is there a procedure out there, somewhere?
ALL HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!

I looked at http://www.clarks-garage.com/ and nothing about heater hoses or routing. IIRC they go under the intake???
Bes I can recommend is top off the coolant, bring to temp and watch for your leak. It may be a bad hose clamp...
I'll leave this to someone who has redone these a few times for hose routing.. Perry or Andy- you out there??
