Default Cabrio 944/68 hardtop?

I've seen mentions of a hardtop for the 944/68, Can anybody shed light on this? Is it an aftermarket item or direct from the factoryif they even exist?

Actually on the factory test car there was a hard top. It was pretty trick looking. I wish I cold find the photo. But anyways, the problem is that when the top is down the two corners of the top that attach to the windshield stick out really far making it really tough to affix a hard top. I have as you know done some major modification to my S2 Cabrio. I've spoken to a friend of mine and he says it would not be that difficult and that we could build it out of aluminum. If I decide to go ahead with it I'll let you know. To see my modifications go to http://www.geocities.com/rare944s2/index

My most sincere applogies "Fishey", i didn't intend to offend anyone, not even knowing who had (dare I say it?) mentioned the hardtop idea (a very good one at that). BTW lovely looking wife to go w your almost as good looking cars, my compliments.
