Stage 1 rebuilt, "Street port", all burrs removed. Multi angle valve job & gasket match ports. New turbo springs. New guides & new seals were used. .030" shaved from bottom. Sprayed with ceramic paint.
The head is on my car and works superbly. Will be removing shortly. Can post videos.
Cam shaft: Pro builder Jon Milledge (http://jonmilledgeengineering.com/product/8sr-14/) this is the most extreme bumpstick that you can go without major engine modification. I ran it with 4 degrees cam advance for valve clearance purposes & no valve relief cutting was required using standard n/a pistons & a standard gasket.
This cam was properly broken in & only has a few thousand kilometers.
The combination of the head, long tube headers, cam advance & this cam and turned my car into a pretty mean n/a with 190-200horses. Still streetable.
Note: these pics are from this year but upon receiving NEW product... obviously the part look a little different since they have been used for daily driving and autocross events.
