Default Clicking noise under dashboard..

Just another question,, I have recently noticed a clicking noise from under the dashbard, just above the passenger side foot well on the left.

I noticed there is a switch there with an air pipe going into it, this is where the noise seems to be coming from, anyone got any ideas why this is clicking, and really only during the first few seconds after starting the engine ?

Regards,

I believe it is related to the climate control thermostat...I first noticed mine doing that when there had been fairly drastic temperature change and the car seemed to be "acclimating" to it...Haven't noticed anything since...

Hmmm...Well, maybe it is the DME. There is another thread running right now re: the clicking. I've only experienced it once, and I was able to modulate it (more or less) with the temperature control...Even then, it went away pretty quickly after everything warmed up...

I will take a read of the other thread, but then if it's only doing a little bit of clicking for a few seconds, whats the problem ! but thanks for your advice..
