Yes, they will fit, but it will be very aggressive. The front 7's will be flush with the guard, and if you put the 8's on the rear they will be flush also. You will also need to roll your guards and run at least 2 deg of camber front and back. Your tires also cannot be any larger than 205's on the front 7's and 225's on the rear 8's. The 9 inch wheels have too low of an offset even for the rear so don't buy those.
For reference, my wheels sit perfectly flush with the guards when running 2deg camber all round. I have an early offset car running 18x9.5 et +24 on the front, and 18x9.5 et -1 on the rear. The outside edge of your 7's and 8's on your late offset car should sit out almost exactly as far as my wheels do on my early offset car.
Here's a pic off mine. This is around about how far your euros will stick out.

A handy tool to use is this http://www.willtheyfit.com/
You should confirm the euros fit by entering the specs of your current wheels, and see how much further the euros poke out. Take a note of that measurement. Then go and hold a board up to your current wheels and hold it away from the wheel by the amount you took note of. That will show you exactly how the euros will sit on your car.
This is the method I used to find the custom offsets I needed for my new wheels.

I think I've seen some late offset cars run factory early offset wheels and the fitment is pushing it but doable. However if I remember correctly these Euromeister wheels need a small (7mm?) spacer to clear the brake calipers (maybe only on turbo models) and if so that might push it over the edge.
