James, I was hoping to stop by Wed PM to see if I could help you, but...and there's alwasy a but with 944's...about a block away from the house today, the lights go dim, the ! comes on, NO FRIGGIN ALTENATOR. I think it acutually fried itself, as I smelt electrical burn. Car made it home, now I have to put an alternator in it. Had to wake up the wife, have her drive me to work, she's very understanding!

Geo: No problemo. Spent day doing yard work and stuff. I was going to be around Fri...BUT... I just picked up a trip to Cabo for the day,,,,Needing the $$$$ more than a running 944,,,well really I need the $$$$ to HAVE a RUNNING 944
