convertible top won't open
91 S2 Cab. Put the top up today to wash the car. After it dried, went to put it down and nothing. When I push the switch to close, I can hear the relay pick up (nothing happens because the top is already up of course), but when I push the switch to open, no relay click. Bad switch or is there something else between the switch and the relay that could fail? Thanks!

Here's what I know so far. The switch is fine. The big blue relay in the fuse box is electronic for control. The relay I can hear click is somewhere in the passenger footwell/kick panel area. I've taken just about everything out of there and still can't find it. Anyone know where it is, or where I can look up the location online?
Ok, nevermind that relay. Seems it's the window lowering relay I'm hearing. I assumed that since the windows were fully open, that wouldn't activate. But it does.
