Actually, I think a 951 with those doors would look pretty mean. And I can almost see a rear spoiler for a 951 with those cool GT3 tabs on the side. OMG...I gotta get stronger medicine.

That is a cool car, if I was 12. The interior makes my teeth hurt. The Hillborn is an interesting idea if he had just figured it out. I strongly suspect it wouldn't be terribly effective even if he had worked out the piping, but it isnt any lamer than GM's current version of RamAir. If he had done it in ultra black, with white letter tires and Kragar rims, it might have been cool in a retro way.

I would like to have the Hillborn, just to put on my desk at work.

If not for the ugly front fascia, blower, ugly yellow interior, ugly green exterior and a few other things I'd say its a 'decent' car. I mean this guy has obviously done alot of work on the car so kudos to him and at least hes not a complete ricer - hes done some performance oriented work.

I don't like civics or hondas or japenese cars (minus 350z) for that matter so I don't like the car, but people can do whatever the hell they want with their cars as long as they don't go bragging about it. Its none of my business to make fun of what others do.

When I saw the title of this thread I was expecting a Porsche after an accident or something. Wrecked cars (particularly precious 944's) freak me out.

Yea some one put in the wrench time, but man its ugly.

I have a warm spot in my heart for lambo and even gullwing doors... but of course the cars they came on where and are timeless classics.... proably installed those doors using a modified Lambo or other kit car door hinge... I can appreciate the engineering and fabrication.... but all that extra crap makes me want to give it a flame job.... with a torch and a lot of gasoline....

I could see that piece of art as a movie car.. like "Joker Returns Batman XXII" It really seems somewhat well done, compared to a lot of jap scrap. The hit counter on the auction is what blows me a way.. 74 THOUSAND? That's the entire population of Mansfield, OH.. and nobody thinks it is worth more than 10K... that is the funny part.. The interior is horrid.
