Default Burgundy interior - what color were the original mats?

Just recently I bought my first Porsche - a very well maintained 1985.5 944 2.5 with burgundy (weinrot) interior.

The car is original from bumper to bumper (except from an aftermarket alarm that must go...) and to the furtherst extent possible I wish to keep it that way.

I am now looking to buy some floor mats, but don't know if the original optional mats were available in burgundy or only in black.

I know that it is possible to buy Porsche manufactured 944 mats in black today, but don't know about burgundy ones.

Can anyone tell me what the original color of such mats for a burgundy interior would be?

Thanks.

They were burgundy - to match the carpet.
