How to remove vented nose panel from donor 931

So if one had, let's say, an '81 924 turbo they were free to hack apart for the nose panel, what does one have to do to get it off the car?
It's going on a 944.

You are going to have some bondo work to do because that panel won't fit exactly on a 944. I think the '81 931 had spot welds holding the panel on, just take a look and see if this is true. Probably the easiest way to get rid of them is to drill them out.

Header panel is spot welded on. You'll need to have a spot weld drill bit to deal with them effectively. The bit is about $10 at your local body shop supply house.

In addition to the spot welds attaching the panel to the car, there's also a structural support on the underside of the panel which is spot welded. That was a PITA to get off.
