I don't believe the clips are included.
According to the instructions on Kyle's site:
"4. Now that the old seat latch is off, make sure the metal clip is still on the arm inside the seat. If the metal clip is missing or lost you will need a new one to hold the **** onto the seat."
The original P/N was 311 881 247, looks like it's been superseded by 311 881 247 for $1.75/ea at ECS Tuning.
ECS also has the VW equivalent on their site for $.99/ea, P/N 6H0881635...of which I just ordered 4.

I got my seat latches installed.
Not sure if I had the spring clips or not, come to think of it. The ***** pressed on, and seem pretty secure.
There is about 4mm of offset of the **** shoulder over the backing plate. So, the little felt pads never even make contact. Maybe I installed it wrong. No, I didn't read the instructions, like Kyle urged me to. Sorry. Side by side, the alloy **** has identical sizing to the plastics that came off.
Very solid and attractive upgrade accents to the car!
EDIT: Price for the **** attachment clips was obscene for shipping from the above link. $8 for something weighing less than a quarter. However, our friends at FCP Euro have them for a dime more, but much more reasonable shipping: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/vw-...clip-6h0881635
