Default Seat reupholstery recommendations

I need to get a set of leather sport seats reupholstered, to look as factory accurate as possible.

Locally (north FL), I haven't found anywhere which has specific experience with 944/Porsche seats.

I'm still undecided about whether to order a kit and try to DIY it, or deliver/send the front seats out to be professionally redone. I have stripped one of them down already and am leaving the other one intact for reference.

As of right now, I know of Classic 9 but I would appreciate any other recommendations so I can do my due diligence.

I have done several sets in black leather for the 993 guys but with shipping back and forth it may not be cost effective for you

Lart
I didn't know you did seats. What is the rough ball park cost and timeline to match and redo 951 perforated leather front seats?
I would be interested. Please let me know.
Thanks

IMO this guy does the best work! http://www.designpaulchampagne.com/928.html

I had classic9 recover a dash for my 928 and it came out good but was not perfect. Paul does phenomenal work but he has quite the back log and can be expensive. If money is no object and originality is number one Paul would definitely be on my list of guys to check out.

Thanks guys. Lart, looks good but I think you're right about shipping driving the price up significantly.

I will check Paul out too, his gallery of work was impressive.

I don't do covers, if you are looking to save money definitely Kyle's covers are the way to go, but if you are looking for a whole set of seats fully reupholstered I assure you nobody can beat my price and quality, Paul will charge for reupholster a set of seats as much as I charge for a full set of recovered seats.

As a add on to this thread, does anyone know where, if any, preformed seat foam can be purchased?

It's a bit expense, but you can find new seat foam at Jim Ellis Porsche.

I am also interested to find out if anyone has a good seat cover they can recommend. Has any one actual used the only944 covers for the sports seats yet?
