Default Manual rack and caster adjustment (steel arm)

Hi. I just replaced the steel control arms on my car and have a few questions for the community:

What is the maximum caster adjustment possible?
What is the minimum caster adjustment possible?

I think I want to go with the full minimum to make steering easier. I was planning on pushing the castor block medially as far as I can.

Will this still give me positive caster?

There seems to be little room for adjustment.

I always heard you want as much castor as possible, in witch is 3.3 deg. in my car. I loosened up the bolts and levered over the block out toward the outside as hard as I could then tightened. Works great on a manual rack, "015 sport rack in particular".
